Eleven hundred dollars later…

Well, I got that iBook today. Rather impulsive, I must say, and my friends are completely surprised.
I’ve spent the last 2 years swearing against the G4 processor and how I’d never buy one. Problem is, it doesn’t look like they’re putting a G5 in a PowerBook anytime soon and even when they eventually do, I’m not sure I’ll want to get the first generation of such a radically redesigned product.
For eleven hundred bucks, this iBook should easily hold me over till Apple comes out with a nice 64 bit laptop.
God, I’m not just a dumbass - I’m a friggin nerd too. I’ve been avoiding bullies and the phys ed teachers all day. Fuck em. Long live Steve Jobs!
